This company has the most amazing customer service and employees that provide you a great customer experience. I have never had a bad experience with them and I feel like I owe the staff lunch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a lift or lowering service on their vehicle. If you are looking for great work, with excellent customer care, this is my first choice. You won’t regret their service.

Greg (the owner) is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He listens to his customers and interjects his ideas based on his vast experience. He is an easy going guy that makes you feel comfortable. His employee, Tim installed my train horn and did a phenomenal job. Tim is just as friendly and like Greg an overall good guy. I was extremely pleased with my experience at Industrial Motoring and their quality of work and pricing. I’m definitely coming back here for additional work done to my truck!

Absolutely legit shop. I went back and forth with Industrial Motors on what felt like 19 different scenarios trying to figure out the best setup for my truck, and they were patient the entire time. No pressure, no attitude — just solid advice and a willingness to help me sort through all the options. In the end, I ended up only ordering airbags because I bought a truck that already had almost everything else I was considering. Even after all that back-and-forth, they got me in literally the next day and had me out the same day. That alone says a lot. Their vendor connections are also a huge plus. They have strong relationships with companies like Baja and others, which means they can often get parts same day or next day instead of leaving you waiting around. I’ll definitely be ordering more parts through them. When it comes to my $110k truck, I’m not taking it just anywhere. Industrial Motors earned my trust, and they’ll be the only shop I use going forward.

I just wanted to share with everyone that this place is the real deal. Not only are they experienced and knowledgeable, but more importantly, they truly prioritize their customer’s satisfaction and build relationships—something I find very few shops do nowadays. I can personally attest to this. I purchased new tires from them about five months ago and had a great experience. I drove off a happy customer. Just yesterday, I drove over a roofing nail in the center tread and immediately got a flat tire. I tried calling Greg (the owner), but he wasn’t able to respond at the moment, so I drove to the closest America’s Discount Tire. They were initially going to repair it for free, but later told me the tire had to be replaced. As I was handing my credit card to the cashier, Greg called me just in time. After looking over the photos and knowing that I’m about to purchase a new tire, he suggested to repair the tire instead. I immediately took it back to his shop, and he quickly got it repaired—saving me $650. Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you, Greg, for making my day. You could have taken my money but you chose not to because of your integrity and for that I am truly gratefu

For many years I’ve taken all my vehicles to Greg at Industrial Motoring . Many many needs always resolved here. Greg is a dynamic business owner wire with high morals. It’s very easy for me to post a highly trusted positive review for IM and their crew. This 1970 C10 Chevy had gone through a restoration but drove horrible, steering was sloppy and loose, braking was terrible. The resto could not be enjoyed. Greg and Ryan took it in, worked thru the chassis and suspension then braking and solved many issue. Tim in the shop refitted the gas pedal to add comfortable foot action. They made this truck dive so well I can just use a finger on the wheel at freeway speed just amazing. They also redid my interior with a kit and had a custom console built for me. So impressed with this truck now!! Thanks Team IM!!!
